Oil Boom Production Process

• Material will be slit to specific width for the production of booms
• Flotation pocket cable will be produced on a M-100
• Chain pockets and miscellaneous welds are made on T-300s and Impulse Extremes
• Flotation pockets stuffed and sealed
• Chains pulled through the chain pocket
• End clamps placed at the ends of the oil boom
• Product is then inspected before packaging
